International Ministry & Administrative Assistant
I had the privilege of growing up in a believing home and came to know the Lord at the age of 4, but dedicated my life fully to Jesus at 16. In 2010 I moved to Oregon to study at OSU and graduated in 2014 with degrees in English and Political Science. Following graduation, I attended Cornerstone School of Ministry.
Over the years of attending Calvary Corvallis, I have been involved in almost every ministry in some capacity. This church is my home away from home, and I love helping others with any project and connecting people to each other.
In the fall of 2015, I came on staff with Calvary Corvallis and Cornerstone School of Ministry operating in various capacities and projects. As an Administrative Assistant, I assist Pastor Rick in creating and maintaining processes to support the staff, leaders, and servants in the church, as well as creating and developing new infrastructures to help the staff and the body grow, connect, and function more efficiently. My desire is to use the skills the Lord has given me to help others get connected and organize people into areas that will allow them to fully use their giftings, as well as assert their callings/passions within the church and throughout God’s Kingdom.
After serving with the School of Ministry for two years, I am now moving onto International Ministry within my calling and collegiate studies. I have the privilege to work alongside our International Ministry team to design and collaborate a means to connect with the nations that are here in Corvallis and educate the body of Christ within the city how to engage with different nations and cultures. We want to see the nations come to Jesus and His Kingdom!
I love bringing the worlds of connection, organization and relationship together to aid in equipping others with the tools or relationships they need to be all God has created them to be and to go out and make disciples and move mountains!
When I’m not serving in the church I love to spend time with friends, read, play soccer, adventure, eat/cook/try all kinds of food, travel, help others, build things, and discuss politics!
Hebrews is my absolute favorite book in the Bible—I love how it unites the Old Testament and New Testament with such a beautiful explanation of how Jesus fulfills everything of the Old Testament through the beautiful relationship of love He displays in the New Testament!
