Ministries: Children's Ministry
At Calvary Chapel Corvallis children and families are a priority. We desire to assist families in their walk with the Lord by providing a children’s ministry that is safe, fun and grounded in the truth of God’s word. Children’s ministry is available for children from newborn up to 5th grade every Sunday and at Saturday night Prayer meeting.
Sunday Morning Services Sunday morning services are at 9 and 11 am.
Children’s ministry is happening during both services.
4th and 5th grade students is meeting in the children’s ministry hall during first service for their own time of fellowship and Bible study. For more info see Kevin Hall.
Sickness Policy Due to the amount of sickness going around, we ask that if you or your child is sick or recovering from a recent sickness, that you would please stay home. You can hear the Sunday message by following the link on the home page. All children are required to wash their hands upon entering class, after using the restrooms and before eating snack. We have also been sanitizing all toys after use during service. Thank you so much for your cooperation!
Get involved!
Ministering to the children is a tangible way to let God work through your life. With all of the children that fill the classrooms on Sunday mornings and other services, there are always opportunities to be involved. If you are interested in teaching a class, working as an assistant, leading worship or learning more about serving in Children’s Ministry call the office at 752-2851 or take a moment to drop us a line below. Prayer Requests
Pray that the families here at Calvary Chapel would walk in all of the fulness of Christ; that the fathers and mothers would truly represent the love and truth of God to their children. Pray that marriages would thrive, and that the children would benefit from it. Pray for God’s protection, provision, and blessing over the single parents here in our fellowship. Pray that our kids would walk in obedience to their parents and to their heavenly Father. Pray that kids would grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. Pray that kids and families would be saved. Pray that kids would grow in a heart of worship and prayer. Pray that God would pour out His vision for these kids upon the leaders and teachers in the children’s ministry. Pray for the protection and safety of our kids. Pray that God’s good hand would be upon the children’s ministry.
