Bio:
Larry’s life is like a spiritual battle fought in 4 quarters and an overtime period:

Raised in a Christian home on a family farm provided early opportunities to grow and learn to love God. The first quarter childhood years were all the Lord’s.

The second quarter however became a set-back as the Beatles, Biology and Bad Company led the adventurous boy to experiment with drugs and alcohol. The blessings of early childhood seemed far away as Larry turned 21 while serving a sentence in Oregon State Correctional Institution. The momentum of a destructive life carried into the the third quarter and threatened to destroy his marriage to Karen. However, God’s grace was sufficient and His redemptive power worked a great comeback in the fourth quarter.

Grace is prevailing in the overtime period and Larry is overwhelmed with the goodness of God. As Missions Pastor at Calvary Chapel Corvallis, the Lord has given Larry the delightful role of participating in the lives of missionaries around the world.

Prayer requests:
That I would be faithful in the administration of my ministry to missionaries and faithful in praying for them.

Goals in ministry:
I want my life to count for eternal things and to live as I would wish I had lived when it comes my time to die and to encourage others in the same.
