Bio:
It has been an amazing experience serving Jesus as a pastor at Calvary Corvallis the last four years! As much as I LOVE the Calvary family, God has made it clear to my wife and I that He is moving us up to the Portland area to be a part of what He is doing through a special church up here. I am now the college pastor at Solid Rock in Beaverton/Portland, helping them pioneer a new college ministry and participating in what the Holy Spirit is doing through yet another amazing part of the family of Christ that I get to now be a part of.
I truly CHERISH my time spent serving at Calvary Corvallis and it is bittersweet to see my involvement with Calvary lessen. Calvary has given me absolutely no reason to ever want to leave—it is a wonderful church with an amazing head pastor and staff. God is simply calling my wife and I to take a step of faith and obedience in a new season that God is graciously leading us into. I wanted to say thank you to all those who have been in my life in Corvallis, you have blessed me more than you could ever know and I am extremely grateful.
I am still going to be driving down on Tuesdays to teach the Real Life college group through the remainder of the 2009-10 school year, as well as attending the spring Shasta college retreat.
