Interesting Facts About Brenton:
I am the oldest of twelve siblings ranging from age twenty to age one
My favorite food is Pizza
I drive a 1995 Honda Civic named The Iron Bachelor
I’ve lived on both the East and West coasts of America
I love to play sports especially Wiffle ball (Baseball played with a plastic bat and a plastic ball with holes in the top to facilitate “nasty” movement)
I make the best scrambled eggs you’ll ever eat
I have an irrepressible fear of bees
Perhaps my greatest claim to fame is that I played the voice of “MC Bert” during his rap in Sesame Street Habakkuk
Goals in ministry:
To labor in preaching the gospel and teaching the Word of God to the end that we would be able to present every soul in Corvallis perfect (fully mature) in Christ Jesus. (Col 1:28-29)
That the Middle Schoolers would have their own personal relationship with Jesus Christ and that they would purpose in their heart to walk with Him all the days of their lives.
To teach the whole counsel of the Word of God and to pastor a group of kids that have a hunger and a thirst for God’s Word that won’t be satisfied by anything less.
To not just be a Middle School teacher, but a friend, an encourager and a shepherd to the precious people of God.
To equip the Middle Schoolers to do the work of the ministry, discipling them that they might disciple others.
